Why use Prize Placements?

From our many years experience in recruitment, if there is one thing that niggles clients, it is inconsistency within an agency.  Having to explain time and again what their company does, the various personalities within different departments (larger organisations) or even just the dress code is clearly very tiresome and time consuming.

We only need to be told once - we have a steady and long standing team here at Prize Placements; we all work closely together so are always aware exactly where you are at during your recruitment process.  We realise the main reason for using an agency is to take the majority of the hassle of recruiting away from yourselves - that is exactly what you should expect and will get from us.

If we can't find a suitable member of staff, then we'll tell you we can't. We want you to come back to us again and again and we believe the only way that will happen is if you have 100% confidence in us and we promise we will not disappoint you.

Candidates are required to provide at least 3 years of reference information and will be skills tested to ensure their suitability for any given role. For further information about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our aim is to make all of our clients feel that they are special - we consider it an honour that you choose to come to us with your recruitment needs and we want you to have complete confidence in our service.

We do not just email endless cv's - this, in our opinion, is not providing a service. We want to carefully pre-select the most appropriate individuals for you and make your job as smooth as possible; please remember, there is absolutely no charge to take a look at a few candidates.

The most important thing is to find the right person - our fees are competitive but we do not compromise on the quality of our service.  We would be delighted to come along and meet you and discuss in greater detail how we can help you achieve the perfect recruitment solutions.
