We work with a number of clients who frequently require temporary medical reception staff who are trained in using the EMIS system. These placements can vary from an occasional day to longer and more ongoing assignments. Locations vary  across South West London and Surrey.

Circa £23,000 - Wimbledon

A great opportunity for a bright, articulate candidate with a very keen eye for detail

to join our Wimbledon based client asap.  IT literate, excellent punctuation and grammar,

takes pride in their work and has a very reliable, team orientated approach.


£15-£18 per hour - Wandsworth

Our client, based in central Wandsworth, requires an experienced PA to join on a temporary basis to provide full admin support including taking minutes, typing correspondence, actioning emails and ensuring the smooth running of the department.  To start ASAP.


Circa £25,000 - Surbiton

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous support experience to join this busy and fast based company.  The role is suited to someone very IT literate with the ability to juggle many tasks with diplomacy and professionalism.  Ideal for someone ready for their next challenging sec/admin role.

Warehouses have remained very busy during the Coronavirus pandemic, with many clients requesting extra help from reliable, experienced Warehouse staff.

If you have a steady CV, warehouse experience and are available immediately, please give us a call and we will aim to find you a suitable post.  Forklift/driving experience is useful.


To £30,000  – Surbiton


Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable & meticulous individual, who is highly organized and has excellent attention to detail, to work as part of their team. Must be educated to degree level with a true passion for graphics, very academic and ideally possessing a passion for stats and figures.

£18,000 - £20,000 – Kingston

Our client is looking for an organized, bright and creative individual with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to join their team in Kingston. You will be handling incoming phones, greeting visitors, processing emails & post, running errands, undertaking general office admin work and providing administrative support to colleagues.

Turn LEFT out of Wimbledon Station. Walk down The Broadway past the Centre Court shopping mall, the Odeon cinema and Morrison's supermarket.

Turn RIGHT after TK Maxx into Gladstone Road. The Collingham House reception door is 50 yards down on the left, just after Evans Cycles.
