EMIS TRAINED TEMPS!
We work closely with a number of clients who need temporary medical reception staff that are trained in using EMIS. Varied locations across South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive, pro-active approach together with the ability to work well within a team environment, to join a very well-known company. High attention to detail, organisational skills and experience in payroll processing and administration is essential.
£30,000 - Knightsbridge
This role will suit a very 'hands on' PA/Office Manager who is used to working in a pressurised environment and is able to juggle many tasks. Lots of diary and meeting management, emails, organising and generally keeping everything running smoothly.
£33,000 – Putney
Working for a communications company, this role involves processing large volumes of customer data, as part of the role to deliver, drive and launch events. The right person will need to have advanced Excel skills, a passion for processing data and strong administration skills. A knowledge of GDPR would be desirable, however not essential.
PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
£23,000 pro rata - Kingston
Working term time + one week only, you will be working from 11.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, first point of contact for all visitors, answer the phone and deal with queries, responsible for first aid, order and maintain stationery and any other admin duties to help support the office.
£40,000 pro-rata – Wimbledon
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable & meticulous individual, who is highly organized and has excellent attention to detail, to work as part of their team for a fixed term. You will be preparing payroll, controlling and recording transactions, sending out invoices and entering receipts into the accounting system. Must have Sage 50.
SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER
Dependant on experience – Wimbledon
Our client is looking for a bright, dynamic & ambitious individual, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to join their team. You will need excellent management skills including the setting of clear goals, effective delegation and time management, an understanding of the importance of performance management and appraisal. Salary subject to experience.
GUEST / COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
£23,000 - Putney
Helping with all the admin and communications for a range of live events; answering & making delegate phone calls, inputting and checking data, supporting the Event Managers, putting together working documents for off-site events and assisting with logistics. This is a 9 month maternity contract starting on 2nd December.
OPERATIONS / EVENTS ASSISTANT
£23,000 - Kingston
Join a small friendly company in Kingston & become a pivotal part of the team. Varied admin duties & assisting at important events during the year; general sales admin, data entry, telephone liaison and office support. Lots of common sense, ability to multi task when needed, reliable and IT literate.
Up to £19,000 - Surbiton
This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and articulate person to join a well known brand and develop their career – possibly suited to a recent graduate seeking their first role. Blend of customer service and admin skills will be used. Up to £19,000 plus travel allowance and excellent benefits.
Up to £19,000 - Chessington
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting the stock for storage. Keeping a careful record of the stock on the system, picking orders using a hand held scanner and general warehouse maintenance. Reliable and hardworking individual.
